Warren’s self-empowerment training definitely changed my own personal direction when looking at all types of problems. Having an “outcome” look on life has made recent decision-making and problem solving a welcome and celebratory process, rather than a dramatic and stressful one. The Warren’s self-empowerment training was a positive approach to addressing lateral violence, it was fun and thought provoking, it was also a great team building tool where we received a better understanding of personality traits and then how to apply positive communication skills in our day to day staff and work relations activities.

The professionalism and respect demonstrated by Indigenous Training Collective was evident in the manner by which the sessions were facilitated. The group discussions and individual feedback allowed for all voices to be heard. The final report for each session were submitted within a timely manner.
